Website terms

Effective from 25 October 2026

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Mikrolit website, including the quote request form. They are the terms referred to in the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The service provider is Mikrolit, ul. Lutosławskiego 56, 44-240 Żory, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 615-206-96-09.

2. Definitions

Website: the Mikrolit website in all language versions.

User: anyone using the Website.

Form: the quote request form available on the Website.

Finishing services: microcement coatings and resin floors, provided under a separate contract.

3. Electronic services

The provider offers free of charge: browsing the Website, including the blog guides, sending an enquiry through the Form, and revealing the phone number.

The contract for these services is concluded when you enter the Website or send the Form and ends when you leave the Website or receive a reply to your enquiry.

4. Technical requirements

Using the Website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. Sending the Form requires a working phone number.

5. Rules for the Form

The User provides true data and does not send unlawful, offensive or advertising content.

Sending the Form does not conclude a contract for Finishing services and does not oblige the User to anything. After an enquiry we get in touch to discuss details and arrange a survey.

We give the price in a written quote after seeing the site. Content on the Website is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

6. Website content

Content, including the blog guides, is for information only and does not replace an assessment of a specific substrate and room at the survey.

Images are illustrative (visualisations and stock photos) and do not show the provider's own work. Colours on screen may differ from reality.

Manufacturer names are given for information only and belong to their owners.

7. Copyright

The texts, layout and graphic elements of the Website are protected by copyright. Copying them for purposes other than personal use requires the provider's consent.

8. Complaints

Complaints about how the Website works can be sent by post to the office address or through the Form. A complaint should describe the problem and include contact details.

We reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint. Complaints about Finishing services are governed by the contract concluded and by law.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy and cookie policy.

10. Final provisions

These terms may change, for example when laws or Website features change. Changes apply from publication of the new version on the Website.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
