A simple process where you always know what is happening
Microcement and resin forgive very little, so we keep to a fixed order of work. That makes the result repeatable and lets you follow every stage.

Enquiry
You fill in the form or call. We ask about the type of surface, the area and the town.

Survey
We visit, inspect the substrate, measure the area and discuss colour and texture.

Written quote
You receive the scope, the date and the price. Nothing is hidden in small print.

Substrate preparation
We grind, repair and prime. This stage affects durability the most.

Installation
We apply the layers, respecting drying times, and seal the surface.

Handover and warranty
We inspect the result together and hand over care instructions and the warranty document.
2-year warranty
We give a two-year warranty on every job. It covers workmanship defects in the coating, and we put its terms in writing at handover.

Care after installation
- Wash with a soft mop and a neutral cleaner
- Avoid aggressive chemicals, rough sponges and hard brushes
- Wipe up spills, especially oil and coloured drinks
- Use felt pads under furniture
Materials
We work with systems from manufacturers such as Sika, Mapei and Topciment. For each job we choose a complete set of materials from one system and follow the technical data sheets.
